Beach Access & Summer Boat Tie-Ups
Annual dues of $150.00 is required for use of Beaches, Tennis Court, Common Areas and Summer Boat Storage. Registration is required for all boats stored at Dudley or Whitecaps beaches (limit two watercraft per paid membership with maximum length of 14' and maximum beam of 4'). All boats are to be removed by Veterans Day each year.
2024 Annual Dues & MeetingPayment of annual dues in the amount of $150.00 is required by May 25, 2024 in order to access beaches, tennis court, common areas and boat tie-ups during the 2024 season
____________________ Save the date! The 2024 annual meeting is scheduled for July 06, 2024 @ 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the beach access at Pinecrest Beach Drive and Whitecaps Drive. |
Water Quality, Wetlands & Common AreasWater quality of Jenkins Pond is monitored by the Town of Falmouth and by the Association to Preserve Cape Cod (a regional nonprofit group). Cyanobacteria monitoring results by APCC can be accessed on their website: https://apcc.org or by scanning the QR code on the beach signs for a direct link
____________________ Pruning or removal of any vegetation within 100 feet of Jenkins Pond or bordering any wetlands area requires notification to the Town of Falmouth Conservation Commission. Please contact the SPSA Board for help with the process ______________ Modification to any SPSA common areas is prohibited and requires approval from the SPSA Board |
Miscellaneous Kudos to Karen Lambert and the OLAUG group for diving down to cleanup underwater garbage at both our beaches this past Thursday 07/27. Thanks Karen & OLAUG!!!
